Kenneth relocated to the Kansas City area in July 2000 where he served as the Dean of Kansas City Baptist College from 2000-2004. He joined National American University in January 2005 as an admissions advisor. Quickly rising through the ranks, Kenneth states that he has had the privilege of serving in several positions within the NAU system. Currently you can find Kenneth at the NAU Overland Park Campus working with both staff and students as the Campus Director.

Lisa brings a wealth of career college expertise from her former positions as an Admissions Director and Recruiter for nationally accredited schools as well as the 60+ schools and school groups she’s personally worked with in her 10 years with Gragg Advertising. Currently as VP of Enrollment Strategies at Enrollment Resources she is helping schools discover the most efficient and effective way for admissions and marketing to work together to create a successful partnership.

Lisa regularly shares her knowledge and expertise in the private education sector in webinars reaching thousands of education staff and executives each year.  She is also a frequent presenter at state and national conferences including APSCU, ACCET, ABHES, CAPPS, FAPSC and MAPCCS just to name a few.

In my unique career and educational experiences, I’ve quickly gained intimate knowledge of higher education curriculum, policy, admissions, registrar and retention processes, faculty and staff management, database implementation and administration. I also administer Outcomes Assessment Plan Development and Implementation, state and federal accreditation reporting and compliance, Satisfactory Academic Progress monitoring. I am a Certified Microsoft Office Specialist with advanced skills in Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro. I implement and administer Student Information Systems with integrated Learning Management Systems. I’ve developed seamless digital document processes, workflows, student applications and academic review processes university wide.

Angela Rentfro has been with Career Education Corporation for 9 years in which she has held multiple roles. In 2013, Angela took on her current role as the Director of Student and Career Services at Missouri College in Brentwood, Missouri. Prior to joining CEC, she was an award-winning manager in the hospitality industry. Angela earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, Missouri.

Jennifer Flood is the national authority on regulatory compliance in higher education.  She has protected hundreds of schools in the private sector from predatory and unwitting advertisers. She is a seasoned executive who is a highly sought after speaker and thought leader in compliance. Jennifer serves on the board of several state associations as a governmental and compliance resource. In her off hours, she dedicates her time to volunteer with the Kansas Department of Corrections.  As the Chief Operating Officer for Singularity Solutions Group she continues to successfully protect and partner with schools and companies across the United States.

Dr. Suzanne Marshall-Caby is the Campus President for Kaplan University—St. Louis.  She has worked in the field of higher education since 2003 in a variety of roles including faculty, financial aid, consultant, and campus leadership.  Dr. Marshall-Caby has served on the MAPCCS/KAPCCS Board of Directors since 2014.  She is passionate about increasing collaboration in postsecondary education to enhance the academic quality for all students.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from Webster University and a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Maryville University.  In addition to her work in higher education, Dr. Marshall-Caby serves on the Board of Directors of Nurses for Newborns, a St. Louis-based, non-profit organization.
